Write down 25 or more of your personal desires, dreams or goals. Don’t think if they are attainable or evaluate them as to if they are spiritual, valuable or right to have. Let your mind dream of how it could have its life if there were no restrictions, limits or fears of any kind. No judgment as to if what you wanted was right, or wrong.

Write more goals if they come to you. What do you really want. Keep opening your mind.

4 H’s Prioritize Goals.
What is important? What are you focused upon?

Our Self-Mind world has 4 levels.

1.Physcial;
2. Emotional;
3. Intellectual;
4. Spiritual

It is valuable to see where you are naturally focused at this time. Take your list and catalyze your goals into these levels. Some of your goals may fit in more than one level or you may not be sure which level they go into. Make a choose even if you are not sure. Ask your inner self which level it should be in first, then second if appreciate. Each level has a focus of awareness. Notice which level you are most interested in without judgment.

If most of your list is in level 3 (mental goals) your consciousness is mostly intellectual. Just notice. If you have mostly of it focused in physical interests than you could consider yourself “material- minded”. Even if your goals listed mostly in the Physical they can become Spiritual if properly perceived.

The 4H awareness is that our life is balanced if we have goals is all areas.  Health is Physical, Healing is Emotional, Happiness is Intellectual, Holiness is Spiritual.  If you notice one area is void of goals, stop and examine why or add some to that area to create an awareness of being complete or focused in all areas of your being.

Level 1 Physical Level – Health & Wealth:  All financial goals and Worldly interests
